BioThis journal is primarily for logging in daily experiences to use in self exploration and will be kept as a way for me to track patterns and progress in my life. I used to keep paper journals, but they take up inordinate amount of room, so this seems like a better venue. For this reason, most of my emotional posts will be private, but day to day stuff everyone can read. I'll wait and see how effective it is before I decide to continue or quit.
